Calculator Inputs Stay in Your Browser
Every calculator operation runs locally in your web browser. When you enter a loan balance, interest rate, remaining term, lump-sum payment, or current monthly payment, the calculation is performed on your device. RecastMate does not upload, transmit, or save any of those amounts. Refreshing or closing the page clears the values unless your browser independently preserves form entries.
No Registration
You do not need to create an account, provide a name, or submit an email address to use the calculator or read our guides. RecastMate does not maintain user profiles connected to calculator activity. The site does not offer saved scenarios, cloud storage, or personalized loan recommendations.
No Cookie Tracking
RecastMate does not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics. We do not include third-party tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or external font services. Basic technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the static files and protect the service, but it is not combined by RecastMate with mortgage amounts because those amounts never leave your browser.
Messages You Choose to Send
If you email us, we receive the address and information included in your message so we can respond. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial records. Privacy questions can be sent through the address on our contact page.
