What to Include
For a correction, include the page address, the statement you believe needs review, and a link to a reliable source when available. For a calculator issue, describe the browser or device you used and the behavior you observed. You may include example figures, but please use hypothetical amounts rather than private account information.
Protect Your Financial Information
Do not email mortgage account numbers, Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, tax records, or copies of loan documents. RecastMate cannot access your mortgage account, submit a recast request, quote an official payment, or resolve a servicing dispute. Questions about eligibility, fees, payment posting, and the effective date of a recast should go directly to the servicer listed on your mortgage statement.
